I've been inspired by yoga lately, and want to continue practicing the act of yoga after my 30 days at Kula. Its amazing the way you are able to train your body - not only with yoga but with any sport / activity you do. The balance and energy I get from it is quite an accomplishment; Balance physically and mentally.

Anyone have any videos they recommend I can follow? I want to start getting into more advanced poses.. not quite sure if im there yet but I'm willing to take the challenge!
